A supportive space to explore and gently release emotional tension and trauma through guided breathing and integration support. Grounded in polyvagal-informed care and intuitive pacing.
2. Performance Breath Coaching (60 min)
CO2 tolerance, breath holds, and nervous system training to enhance focus, stamina, and recovery. Perfect for athletes, creatives, and high-performers.
3. Integration Support Sessions
Follow-up or standalone sessions to support long-term emotional regulation and nervous system mastery.
